Reentry and Recovery to Work - Supporting successful workforce participation by connecting employers with individuals in recovery and justice-involved individuals seeking employment and a fresh start.
Youth Career Pathways - Empowering young people to explore careers, prepare for post-secondary education and employment, earn industry-recognized credentials, and gain valuable work-based learning experiences.
Training Opportunities - Eligible Wayne County residents may qualify for funding that helps cover training costs, enabling them to gain the skills, certifications, and credentials needed for in-demand careers.

Essential Skills and Digital Literacy - Individuals of all ages benefit from our Essential Skills & Digital Literacy training initiative. Over the last year, over 1500 Wayne and Pike County residents have completed courses to learn and improve their job readiness, entrepreneurial and technological skills to overcome barriers to succeed in todayās job market.
Test Center - Workforce Alliance is an Authorized Test Center delivering tests for thousands of certifications in a wide range of industries.
The Stourbridge Project - Workforce Alliance is a proud partner of The Stourbridge Project in Honesdale, a full-service business incubator and co-worker space that provides connections to a multitude of business resources including mentors and financing programs.
SHINE Afterschool Program - WP SHINE Afterschool Program is a comprehensive, 36-week after-school initiative that supports academic success, youth development, and family engagement for students in kindergarten through 8th grade in the Wallenpaupack Area School District, Wayne Highlands School District, and Delaware Valley School District.
