Our Career Services is a comprehensive services that covers:
Job Seekers - we offer workforce development services that are based on high-priority occupations for people who have lost their jobs due to downsizing or closings and for underemployed people.
Reentry and Recovery to Work - We connect employers with people in recovery and people who are incarcerated and seeking employment upon their release
Youth Career Pathways - We deliver a comprehensive array of services that focus on assisting young people with barriers to employment. We help them prepare for post-secondary education and employment, attain credentials and secure employment through career opportunities.
Trainings and Certifications - We provide Wayne County residents with a wide range of training programs and certifications to enhance their skills and career opportunities. Our offerings are designed to meet the diverse needs of our community, ensuring everyone has access to quality education and professional development

Our Educational Services include:
Essential Skills and Digital Literacy - Individuals of all ages benefit from our Digital Literacy Training initiative. Over the last year, 275 Wayne and Pike county residents have completed courses to learn and improve their technological skills and overcome the discomfort barrier through group classes for beginners to more advanced programs.
Testing - Workforce Alliance in an authorized testing center delivering tests for thousands of certifications in a wide range of industries.
The Stourbridge Project - Workforce Alliance is a proud partner of The Stourbridge Project in Honesdale, a full-service business incubator and co-worker space that provides connections to a multitude of business resources including mentors and financing programs.
SHINE Afterschool Program - The Wayne Pike Workforce Alliance SHINE Program is a 36 week comprehensive after-school program and includes K- 5th grade centers located at Lakeside Elementary in the Wayne Highlands School District and Evergreen Elementary in the Western Wayne School District. K-8th is offered in the Wallenpaupack Area School District
