By invitation only for people who are receiving Unemployment Compensation (US) benefits. The Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Labor to help unemployment insurance claimants return to work faster.  Permanently separated claimants are required to participate in the RESEA program.
