Description: The practice of stress reduction, focus, and calm can enhance our productivity at work. This workshop will discuss mindfulness as it relates to these business challenges, as presenter Lisa Rigau, of Healthy Lifestyle Management, explores ways of responding rather than reacting to stress, particularly when communicating. This program’s goal is to enhance the health and well-being of women in business. We will practice mindfulness meditation and will learn practical, informal tools to integrate mindfulness and self-compassion into our work and home environments. There will be time for discussion and questions. No prior meditation experience is necessary to participate.
