Description:
The Business Model Canvas is a strategy and management tool that allows you to describe, design, and correct your business model. It's a powerful visual chart that clearly lays out the process for how you can make money and deliver products and services. It forces you to focus on strategic elements that matter most to your business and is easily adaptable, requires less time than a traditional business plan, and uses a universal template. This template can be used as a starting point for your business or to assist with updating your business model due to COVID-19, but is not meant to be a replacement for your business plan.

Attendees will learn:

• The nine elements of a business model canvas

• How each element works within the canvas

• How to incorporate your canvas into strategic decisions

Attendees will receive a PDF copy of the business model canvas following the presentation. Printed copies are available upon request by emailing sbdc@scranton.edu.
